Andergrove Van Park is a great place to base yourself for exploring Mackay. Just minutes from the centre of town by car, the park is found in a quite area off the main highway, but is still close the sports grounds, bowls and golf clubs, supermarket, shopping centre and The Gooseponds walking and relaxing areas.

There are several types of accommodation available at Andergrove, such as unpowered sites, powered sites, ensuite powered sites (including disabled), cabins and villas, but no tents. The park is located on 21 acres with plenty of green grass, palm trees and well maintained tropical gardens.

There is plenty of space for the kids to play as well as a playground and swimming pool, camp kitchen with TV and 8 ball table, ice and gas refills and daily birdfeeding. During peak season regular morning teas and get togethers are held.

The park does suggest you book early for the popular winter season, and the friendly staff are there to help you and answer all your questions.
